Warranty Repairs 

When it comes to baby gear, we know reliability matters. If there’s ever an issue with your pushchair or car seat during the warranty period, please don’t stress — we’re here to support you and your little one every step of the way 

 

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and workmanship issues that occur during normal, everyday use. If a product is found to have a fault, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution depending on the issue and the brand’s warranty terms.

 

Different Brands, Different Warranty Periods

Because we stock multiple trusted brands, warranty timeframes can vary from product to product.
The applicable warranty period is set by the manufacturer and begins on the date of collection. If you’re ever unsure about your product’s warranty, just ask — we’re happy to check it for you.

 

What’s Not Covered

The warranty doesn’t cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, or care

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect safety or performance

 

How to Request a Warranty Repair

We’ve kept the process simple:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  2. Please attach photos or a short video to help assess the problem.

  3. We’ll review everything and guide you through the next steps.

 

Please don’t return items without contacting us first, as this can cause delays.

 

No Product? No Problem.

We understand that being without a pushchair or car seat can be stressful. If your item needs to be sent away for warranty assessment or repair, we can provide a loan product for you to use in the meantime, subject to availability. Your baby’s routine doesn’t need to be put on hold.

 

Repair Timeframes

Once approved, warranty repairs are typically completed within 7-10 working days depending on the brand and the nature of the issue.
