It’s a Baby Limited Terms & Conditions

You can purchase products online from Itsababy.co.uk or should you wish to test any of the products we sell you can visit us at 133 Rochdale Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 7BA.

Our trained staff will be happy to answer any of your questions and will thoroughly train you and your family how you use any of our products.

These terms and conditions apply to customers purchasing online.

Ordering
Once your order and payment is received, we will start to process your order. We accept most forms of credit and debit card payment. Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to Its a Baby Limited, and posted to: 133 Rochdale Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 7BA.  Goods paid for by cheque and postal order will be despatched once payment has cleared (please allow up to 10 working days).

Please be confident that we operate secure handling methods for all credit and debit card payments. Our partners RBS Worldpay are one of leading suppliers of secure internet payment solutions

Delivery
Orders over £100 to UK Mainland are free of charge excluding furniture where delivery charges will be stated.  A standard charge of £9.95 for shipping and handling applies to orders of £50.01 to £99.99 and £4.95 for orders of £50 or under.  For the Highlands, Islands and outer areas, a further charge may be necessary.   We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card the appropriate charge to orders placed with a delivery address outside of the UK Mainland.  This will apply if have not been contacted prior to placing your order and been given the correct postal charges.

We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.  Your order will be processed next working but in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver within 10 working days you will be contacted by one of the customer support team with details of the expected delivery date. If at this point you are unhappy with an alternative date you may cancel the order and any payment received will be fully refunded.  Furniture is delivered directly from manufacturer and will be despatched 4-6 weeks from date of order, they will contact you direct to arrange a convenient time. 

Delivery of small items is by Royal Mail first class.  Larger items are delivered by courier.  If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver your goods, a second attempt will be made (usually the following day), they may leave you a card with details on how to rearrange delivery.  If the second attempt fails and the items are returned to us you may be charged an administration fee of £10 plus any additional carriage costs.

Tax
All items include VAT 15.00% where applicable.  Carseats are 5% VAT and baby clothing and books are non vatable.

Returns Policy

You must contact us prior to making any returns.  In accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will accept all purchases back within 14 days of delivery.  Goods must be returned unused in original packaging and in a saleable condition if refund is required. Carriage costs will not be refunded.  Goods must be returned at customers cost unless a mistake is made by us.  Goods returned with a manufacturers fault will be sent back for inspection.  Goods returned within 14 days will be inspected before any monies are refunded. Some manufacturers require a deposit for goods returned.  Goods returned after 14 days will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers discretion.   We will refund or exchange a product if it is returned unused and within 14 days of purchase, or, if the products displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of the guarantee validation period.  The product will be repaired free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period.  For details on individual Guarantees please contact us.  Distance selling regulations dictates that the return of your product is at your cost, we will pay the return postage to you.

You will be charged for spares and repairs if the product has been damaged accidentally, through misuse, fair wear and tear or undue force within the guarantee period.
In circumstances where a replacement item is required before we received the faulty item back, it will be charged at full price until the faulty item is received by us. 

Privacy Policy
We will not disclose any information on our customers to a third party.  The only exception being for our couriers for delivery requirements.
