Shipping Information

All Orders over £75 are delivered Free of charge. Orders under £75 are subject to a £6 delivery fee

Free UK delivery excluded Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isle of Sky, Guernsey, Jersey and Ireland. Delivery to these area is still available and is £15 per boxed item. Many small items can be packaged together in one box however larger pram systems often come in 2 or three separate boxes. 

This information also excludes certain furniture brands, such as Boori, Lollipop Lane and Baby Style, where delivery cost are displayed in the product description and will be added at checkout. Single items of Boori Furniture are delivered and installed for £40, however multiple items are free of charge. Lollipop Lane furniture also incurs a £40 charge for delivery and instalation.

Most goods are dispatched on a next working day basis using an overnight courier service, however you should allow up to a maximum of 10 working days for the delivery of your goods. Nursery furniture usually takes from 2 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on the brand and on availability.

Our deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. If you provide us with a mobile contact number you will receive an initial SMS text to confirm dispatch and on the day of delivery as well as a second SMS text confirming a 1 hour delivery slot. If it is not convienient for you to accept the delivery you will be given the option by text to rearrange to a more convenient day.

Please note once goods are dispatched from our warehouse the customer is responsible for the status of delivery, Our couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver goods after this goods are automatically returned back to us and we reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £20.00 for re-delivery. Please note we cannot accept liability for any delays outside our control.

Full tracking information is available and will be issued at your request. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order within the normal delivery periods we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to cancel your order or to select an alternative product.

Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, then we reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from any refund of monies due to you (this is equivalent to our Dispatch and RTB courier fees.

International Orders

We can ship some items to international destinations, please contact a customer service advisor in our store to discuss this. The rates for international shipments are as follows:

European shipping at £30 per box but is only available to the following destinations – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus,, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,Latvia, Lithuania,Luxembourg,Malta, Monaco,Netherlands,Poland,Portugal,Slovakia, Slovenia,Spain,Sweden,Norway and Switzerland.

We are able to offer shipping to other worldwide destinations but not on all brands, please contact us directly to make your enquiry and to request a shipping quote.

Please note that our website software will only apply one shipping fee per order as it cannot establish how many boxes your order will be dispatched in. Some travel systems are shipped in as many as three separate boxes and nursery furniture is often packaged in multiple boxes per item. If you are unsure of the shipping charges please contact the store before you place your order. If the website software does apply the correct shipping charges you will be contacted prior to dispatch and asked to pay the balance.

It is not possible for us offer the same excellent level of aftersales to some international destinations due to the costs assocaited with returning products therefore we cannot implement any manufacturers warranty or gaurantee for non UK orders.


Stock Availability
In order to provide such a wide stock range it is not possible for us to stock every product and some products will be ordered direct from the manufacturer. We do endeavor to make in house stock availability clear on our website but on occasion we experience delays due to manufacturer availability.
