Welcome to the returns department

Telephone and web orders can only be returned within 14 days starting from the day of delivery. Items are returned at your own expense and must arrive in perfect and unused condition for a full refund to be issued. If the goods do not return in perfect condition Its a Baby Ltd reserve the right to refund a maximum of 90% of the original purchase price, however if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition a refund will not be issued. Please contact our customer service team if you need any assistance and they will be happy to help.

What is your repair / guarantee policy?
The products that Its a Baby supply have been tested to the highest quality standards. Each manufacturer has their own repair and guarantee policy. For further details on a particular product you can either contact the manufacturer directly or send us an e-mail:

If you have purchased your product from Its a Baby and it develops a manufacturing fault within the period of the guarantee, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf in order to reach a satisfactory outcome.

Its a Baby Limited is a registered Maclaren repair centre and should you need ongoing running repairs or replacement parts for a Maclaren product you should contact us for a quote and to arrange getting your buggy to us.

We do charge a minimum £25 which covers assessing the damage, diagnosing the issue and administration associated with ordering replacement parts. It is however possible to e-mail us a picture of the problem, this usually enables us to diagnose the issue free of charge and pre order any spare parts ready for the arrival of the buggy.

A quotation will be given prior to the commencement of any work and 50% deposit is requested before the repair is carried out. We reserve the right to reject items that are uneconomical for repair or are in an unsuitable condition. Please note any repairs made will not extend the original guarantee of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

What can I do if my Travel System / Stroller becomes difficult to fold or the chassis squeaks?
Regularly inspect and clean your stroller to ensure the freedom of movement of the locking devices and security of components. To ensure trouble free operation, lubricate all moving parts & joints with a silicon based spray or light oil.

If the wheels squeak - use a silicon based spray or light oil ensuring it penetrates the wheel and axle assembly.

How do I repair a puncture on my pushchair?
Punctures can be repaired with puncture repairs kits.

Your local bike shop will also sell new inner tubes and tyres in more sizes.

Where can I get spare parts for Phil & Teds pushchairs?
Phil & Teds will supply spare parts if there is a fault with your pushchair.

If you have a fault with your pushchair and need a replacement part, please contact us and provide us with a photo of the fault.
