The new Phil and Teds Explorer the 2010 replacement for the popular Phil and Teds Sport buggy has arrived in store at It’s a Baby

The first consignment arrived on Thursday and they are looking great! Almost all of our initial stock has been pre ordered but we do still just a few units left in black and grey or black and red if you want to be one of the first to own this excellent all terrain buggy.

Phil and Teds Explorer – new for 2010

The world’s first inline buggy just got better!

It’s a Baby are pleased to announce the pending arrival of Phil and Teds latest fantastic product

 The new Explorer buggy will be replacing the sport buggy and will be arriving in store with us at the end of August

In an instant it is visually obvious that the Explorer comes from the Phil and teds stable svelte black tubular steel chassis, white wall tyres and that unmistakable silhouette. However, there are a raft of changes that have improved the Sport beyond all recognition to create the new Explorer.

The key features in a nutshell

  • You simply pull and slide to to operate the fantastic one hand fold mechanism and it locks into place effortlessly
  • There is a large follow the sun sunhood as well as a sun hood on the second seat
  • The brand new contoured vented seat performance system provides increased postural sport for your child as well as a one hand recline and interchangeable coloured seat liners
  • The easy to use pedal break is just a massive improvement on the stiff old sport buggy break
  • The new double kit and travel system adaptors give you the flexibility to safely mount a maxi cosi car seat onto the chassis of the Explorer
