Ordered a silver cross car seat. Cheapest around and the service has been exceptional. The staff were friendly, polite and true to their word. Ordered the product Tuesday midday and it turned up within 5 minutes of my delivery slot the next day. Can’t say I’ve ever been as impressed with such a service. In this day where customer service and focus is an old skill, and a chore for some, it’s refreshing to come across you. I’ll most definitely be singing your praises and recommending you. I was looking for a pram that was similar to the bugaboo but more user friendly and comfortable for my baby. The staff at It’s a baby were really helpful in showing me all the options that suited my needs.
After shopping in well known department stores it made a refreshing change to be listened to and not pointed in the direction of the most expensive pram.
The staff are really experienced and the premises are ideal for testing the prams.
In the end I chose the Silver cross surf and am 100% satisfied with this product. It is light, easy to manoeuvre,simple to use, all terrain and extremely stylish.

I visited today with my mum and we were both thrilled with the service we got. Everyone was kind, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I fell in love with the Stokke Explory but with a little Smart car, thought it was a non-starter. Charlotte helped us try it for size in the car-nothing was too much trouble.
The good news was that it fits and now I can’t wait for it (and the baby) to arrive.
I will be raving about It’s a baby to anyone who will listen. It’s worth a visit even if your not local! Not only is the service amazing but there are great offers too.
