It’s a Baby wins award for Customer Service

Last week the It’s a Baby team were invited to attended the Tower FM local hero’s award so off we went dressed in our finery ready for a nice evening out together.

We were really pleased to have been nominated by our customers for the Customer service award and when it came to our category we all waited in anticipation to hear the name of the winner.

Yes you’ve guessed is, It’s a baby won the customer service local hero award and we were absolutely delighted!

Excellence in customer service is something that we conciously aim to be the best in our field at so for this to be recognised really was a great honour.

Whilst we always try to go that extra mile for our customers, our hard work and efforts often go un noticed so it makes it even more satisfying to receive this award. 

Thank you so much to our customers who nominated us for this award, it really is very much appreciated. Also thank you very much to Tower FM for staging such an excellent event and an enjoyable evening!

If you are lucky enough to visit our show room in Bury, Lancashire you will see our beautiful glass trophy proudly displayed on our sales counter. 

It would be remiss of me not to mention and to thank the It’s a Baby team who deserve an enourmous amount of  praise and recognition for what they do day in day out for all our fantastic customers.
